Hmmm...I have the original on the PSP. The game was absolute crap and HARD. But I am tempted to play it on the Vita in anticipation of the upcoming Vita game.

 
Thanks OP, can't say no to free! I'd imagine this is to get people interested in Valhalla Knights 3, maybe it might make me a fan too

 
Downloaded it straight on my PSP from the online store. No matter how bad people think this game is, *free is free. Thanks.

*non-games like ET, Dragon Blade Wrath of Fire, and Ride to Hell Retribution notwithstanding.

Awesome, I didn't realize the browser store is finally active. I guess I didn't have to boot up my Vita after all. I suppose it's a good thing I did, however, because all of the money in my wallet is gone and I have apparently had PS+ for the last few months. Ugh. Must be thanks to the stupid trial that I unlocked when messing around in Home during E3. That was the last time I used my PS3, so I had no idea all of this was going on. Sadly, it looks like it's damn near impossible to get refund from Sony.

I know free is free, but I watched some clips of this game and I doubt many people will enjoy it.

With a backlog of physical and digital games, as well as a netflix/hulu account, there is no way in hell I will ever play this game.

I would basically have to be told by my gf that I either have to clean the house or play this game in order for me to actually play it.
 
Is this the first real free PSN license given?  I'm assuming this works like xbl where all I need to do is redeem and can hold off downloading - no vita.

Works same as ps+, start the download to activate it to your account then cancel download. Can download whenever you want.

Downloaded it earlier on my vita, will give it a go tonight most likely. Cant beat free.

No, they have given out Wild ARMs PS1 for free, Patchwork Heroes PSP for free, and some other PSP game for free, before.
