Seriously???

Foul Play looks good and less than a month old. It's $10 on Steam (with 33% Steam coupon)

Hotline Miami I would recommend as well for this price if you haven't played it.

It's been $2.49 and bundled, so that's not exactly the most attractive price...

Nothing for me it seems. I love the artstyle of Foul Play, but I've never been a big fan of beat-em-ups, so it would have to be <$5 at least for me to bite.

Hotline was a BTA headliner. And one of the best games of last year. If you don't have it, get it.
