Help me with wrongful negative feedback against me. Lies

This guy left me two negative feedbacks. He's been sending me messages saying he will pay me 50 cents for each positive feedback I leave him I replied nothanks so he sent me three message more. I didn't reply back to him but then sends me a message saying if I give him 4 positive feedbacks he will give me 2 $ up front then $10 after so I did . Now he's mad cuz he wants 10$ worth of positive feedbacks. I gas him another but he makes up stupid lies and puts them in negative for me. What do I do?
 
So what I read is that you took his offer to give him fake positive feedback (which is against the rules). I say Trade Ban for you and J3ff TH3 CH3F!!

 
Dude this piece of human garbage is a liar almost a month ago I posted on the xbox dlc thread to find a dlc code this guy Bulls23 was like I got that. I first checked his feedback and saw he had only been a member for a week and knew it was sketchy but wanted the dlc. I sent him $10 dollars in Microsoft points. Then nothing he hasn't read any of the twenty messages I sent him totally lied and ignored me. Yesterday I gave him negative feedback for it & now this piece of shit is trying to screw my creditability. Ask the other people I trade with I don't play games. I'm an honest trader & buyer. Bulls23 is literally a waste of life. Moderators need to pick up on this and do something. This douchbag can burn in hell.
