Wii U Digital Deluxe Promotion

Quick question - If I get one of the new Wii U bundles with a Deluxe unit, either Wind Waker HD or New Super Mario Bros., can I still get in on the Digital Deluxe promotion?

yes; dont think there will be much time to get the points if you wait for the mario bundle though
