Why does the key not redeemable on Steam?

Is there a way to add this to Steam?

 
went to uplay and activated pop key

but on the other game it says invalid

UPlay is Ubisoft's game client. You'll need to download up lay to use these games. It's desperate from Steam so they won't activate there.
 
Thanks.  Got both Silent Hunter and POP.  Here is an extra Silent Hunter code: SHP-JAA9-6HBL-DCP9-6ADB

The other links don't generate any UPlay codes.  If any work in Steam, please let us know.

 
I got Prince of Persia to work fine, but it wouldn't give me an activation key for Silent Hunter V.  And all the keys I got from those other links don't work in UPlay either so does anyone know where they're supposed to be activated?

Tried already, but from that link the page stucks on a "Loading..." and does nothing. If instead I try from here:

And I add the code, it says that is invalid X3

 
I've helped friends redeem 4 of these. Easiest is to download uplay then click the gear near the top after logging in and it should have something that says activate product.
