4. How to Enter:
Phase 1: There are two ways to enter during Phase 1:
a. At an Event: During Phase 1 of the Promotion Period, visit a participating
NFL game or a participating Microsoft Store and locate one of the tablets
provided (visit www.xbox.com/NFL for a list of participating events and
participating stores). Once you locate a tablet, visit
https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/nfl and complete and submit the
registration form including a valid email address. You automatically will
receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant
Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play. Once on the
Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the
Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly
displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided
directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification
before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the
functionality of the Instant Win Game.
b. Online: During Phase 1 of the Promotion Period, visit
https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/nfl and complete and submit the
registration form including a valid email address. You automatically will
receive two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant
Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play. Once on the

directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification
before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the
functionality of the Instant Win Game.
Limit: Each entrant may enter/play five (5) times and earn a total of ten (10)
Sweepstakes entries during Phase 1 of the Promotion Period, regardless of method of
entry (you cannot enter/play more than one (1) time per day).
Bonus Entry:
Submit an Xbox Live Gamertag: During Phase 1 of the Promotion Period,
you will need a Gamertag. If you do not have a Gamertag, you can sign up
for Xbox Live via your Xbox 360 console or by visiting
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/join/free to create an Xbox Live Gamertag.
Creating a Gamertag is free. Then enter your Gamertag in the registration
form upon registering/logging in. You will earn one (1) bonus Sweepstakes
entry for entering a valid Gamertag during Phase 1 of the Promotion Period.
Limit: One (1) bonus entry for submitting your Gamertag.
Phase 2:
a. Online: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period, visit
https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/nflhub and complete and submit the
registration form including a valid email address. You automatically will
receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win
Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on
the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the
Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed.
Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for
validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize
will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the
Instant Win Game.
b. Download Gamerpic on Xbox: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period,
download Gamerpic through your Xbox 360 console when available. You will
receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Then visit
https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/nflhub and follow the links and instructions to
play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly
displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided
directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification
before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the
functionality of the Instant Win Game.
Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry (regardless of method of entry) during the
Promotion Period, one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day for logging into the Promotion
during Phase 2 of the Promotion Period and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day
during Phase 2 of the Promotion Period.
Bonus Entries: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period, there are several ways to
earn bonus Sweepstakes entries as outlined below:
a. Watch a Video: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period, follow the links and
instructions to watch a free video. You will earn one (1) bonus entry for
watching the video. Limit: One (1) bonus entry per day for watching the
video during Phase 2 of the Promotion Period.
b. Twitter: During the Phase 2 of the Promotion Period, click on the Twitter
button to login to your Twitter account (accounts are free) and tweet a
prepopulated message about the Promotion. You will earn one (1) bonus
entry for tweeting about the Promotion. Limit: One (1) bonus entry per day
for tweeting about the Promotion.
c. Facebook: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period, click on the Facebook
button to login to your Facebook account and share a prepopulated message
and unique link on Facebook. For each friend that clicks on the unique link
and registers for the Promotion you will earn one (1) bonus entry into the
Sweepstakes. Limit: Five (5) bonus entries per day.
d. Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion during Phase 2, you
will be invited to share the Promotion by sharing a unique link to your
friends. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing
relationship. For each referral of up to five (5) friends who register for the
Promotion via the unique link, you will be given one (1) additional entry into
the Sweepstakes for up to a total of five (5) additional entries per day during
Phase 2 of the Promotion Period.
e. Purchase an Xbox One and Enter a Code: During Phase 2 of the
Promotion Period, visit a Microsoft Store and purchase an Xbox One console.
Then locate the code ("Code") on the card provided by a Microsoft employee
upon purchase. Then visit
https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/nflhub and follow
the links and instructions to enter your Code. You will earn four (4) bonus
Sweepstakes entries for entering one (1) Code. Limit: You may enter one (1)
code during Phase 2 of the Promotion Period.
Mail In Alternative Method: To enter without purchasing an Xbox One
console, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers,
email address (if any), Gamertag (if any), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece
of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Xbox One
Tailgaming Sweepstakes,” c/o ePrize, Inc., P.O Box 5046, Department
805200, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046, U.S.A. You will receive four (4) entries
into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) envelope per person. All mail-in entries
must be handwritten and must be postmarked by December 31, 2013 and
received by January 8, 2014. All entries become the exclusive property of
Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or
submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is
not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible,
misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
f. Submit an Xbox Live Gamertag: During Phase 2 of the Promotion Period,
sign up for Xbox Live via your Xbox 360 console or by visiting
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/join/free to create an Xbox Live Gamertag.

For all entries/plays: Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email
address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of
plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and
logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant
may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and
will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the
event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the
email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The
“authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account
holder.
