Dead Rising 3 keeps crashing to dashboard

I played the game for about an hour with zero issues. Started my game later in the day and in about 2-3 minutes it will just crash to dashboard. Its done it about 15-20 times. Nothing specific in the game seems to be triggering it. I downloaded the premium edition from the marketplace.

Any tips? Anyone else have this issue?

 
Happened to me too.

What I did was unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds and plugged it back in. 

It's worked every time since.

 
I've had this same problem since last night, after the game working fine the first few times I played it on launch day and yesterday.  Someone else was asking about it in the Xbox preorder thread, too.  Hopefully it's something they'll patch soon.  I was hoping it was a one-time problem last night, but it's still doing it this morning.  I haven't tried unplugging and replugging the power cord yet; I'll give that a go, but I'm afraid I'll have to uninstall and redownload as well.

 
I've been having this issue too(Just got the Xbox for Christmas and it's been nothing but connection issues and long downloads, but I digress) - after perusing a few forums I've seen that it happens a lot to people once they're allowed to free-roam in Rhonda's garage; it's crashed for me about 10 times and I saw that a uninstall/reinstall might help. Trying that now, I'll report back if it works!

 
Dead Rising always crashes from me if I start playing it again after shutting it down (the quick start feature or w/e its called).

 
Holy hell at the 13gb update thankfully it isn't added to the 20gb install it seems to just update that. Was about to say if we have a bunch of updates we are going to need to be able to use external or MS is going to have to let us put in 1TB HD's.
