My Man of Steel 3D disc is cracked

I have the Limited Edition 3D package... so that might be difficult to do.

Can Walmart replace it with one from Walmart.com? I think you can, but not sure their policies.

I know this might not be the right forum...
Usually a good point to stop and use that thing in your head called a brain, however rudimentary. "If I'm honest with myself, I know this *isn't* the right forum, so where else could I post it? The Blu-ray Discussion Thread? Deal Requests and Advice? Shopping Discussions?" You'd be amazed what you can accomplish if you put your mind to it. Plus we don't know if it came cracked or cracked after you opened it, etc.

Or you can not be an ass and try and help solve the problem.

Go here: http://www.warnerbros.com/help/customer-service.html

Fill out the form, on a normal business day you could get an answer by the end of the day, but don't expect one before Monday or Tuesday now. They may ask for proof of purchase etc. They should then send you replacements discs, the longest turnaround Ive seen is a 1.5 week, which is quicker than returning and rebuying the CE set from walmart. (generally WB doesnt even ask for the broken disc back.) this is based on the massive star wars clone wars season 5 defect replacement that is going on, this is the experience of other users, I am assuming it will apply.

If you got it from Wal-mart (or any B&M store), you can bring it back and explain that you need to have just one disc swapped out for a working one.  They'll be able to get a replacement from the non-steel and switch it for you.

I've bought multi-disc DVD sets in the past that had one or two discs with major scratching.  I just explain that I don't want to exchange the entire package for fear of getting more randomly damaged discs.  I offer to go and get the set from the shelf myself and bring it to customer service to perform the discswitch surgery.

I didn't always tell them unless they need more convincing, but the reason for my nitpicking was the fact that most TV-on-DVD that I would buy was to watch once and then sell on eBay/Half.com.  I certainly couldn't get my money back if any of the discs look like a 3-year-old had been DJ-spinning them for hours.  In your case, a crack means it most likely won't even work.  There won't be any problem at all with that exchange so long as the actual disc is the same.

Each studio/manufacturer has their own policy. I had a damaged HBO disc from a series and they wouldn't touch it. They said to deal with the store that sold it to me, as they couldn't help me. Hopefully WB is better.

Usually when it comes to cracked discs and such, many stores don't take them back. I had a cracked DVD ages ago that I got from wal-mart and they said they couldn't do anything because they thought I had done it. It may be different now though. I haven't tried to exchange any disc bases content ever since.
