Awesome thanks for the heads up OP! I went ahead and ordered one for PS3. Glad to see they're still honoring the cheap price. I've been wanting to pick this up for a while now and a new copy/deluxe version for $13 shipped just can't be passed up!

EDIT: I went by BBY and was given a huge hassle by this bitch of a manager. I've had run ins with her before over simple stuff like this and she is beyond unpleasant. She makes me not want to shop there. I got the game after a 15 minute wait. She called walmart to verify if they had it in stock and price and then had to ask her boss if she could do it.
Next time I will just buy from walmart.
