Yeah this sale totally blows with the shipping costs.
I remember last year when Square-Enix had a sale and it was free shipping no matter what.
Ended up getting Sleeping Dogs then.

$7 shipping is what's stopping me from getting any collector's editions from Square Enix. I was slightly considering the Lightning Returns one but it's already $90, PLUS $7 shipping. It's just below the free shipping price point. Irritating.

That's what I meant. It's $90, plus $7 shipping. I don't really care to spend that much on it. That's why I think this $100+ free shipping thing is stupid, and that these editions aren't available anywhere else except for through them.

Digital River, FYI. Squenix's online store is not worth it to me, whether they charge their high shipping fees for games or have a third-party service for payment/order processing that has a shoddy business history.
Tried to order something multiple times and when I got to the end it threw me back to the beginning of the ordering process. No indication on screen or through Paypal that anything went through. Am I at risk for having them charge me for 3 transactions now?

I went through the exact same thing, Tried to order, brought me right back to the beginning... twice. Feared that I might be charged twice, I emailed Square enix about this and this is what there response was:
Thank you for contacting the Square Enix online store.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
The order number that was attempted is incomplete. Your account will not
be charged for this attempted order and no items will be delivered.
Please attempt a new order.

I tried first with PayPal and gave me an error. Then I did it with my CC with no problems

i tried 4 times to order tomb raider trilogy and received no email confirmation from paypal or the email i used to start the order (not a member, does that make a difference?) is there an email that i can use to contact them?
went through the address part and all, go to the screen where it prompts to submit, i click submit and it says processing then jumps back to the cart as if nothing happened. (i've never ordered from them before)...
