So I went to look at my credit card statement and saw that I was charged $9.84 for SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED whatever the fuck that means. the company that charged it was CWEBcs.com and the only thing that it says on their site is "if you're no satisfied, we'll refund your money 100% and you can contact us by phone or e-mail"
 
weird because I never agreed to pay them any money in the first place. has this happened to anyone?
 
damn they got a lot of people. and LOL, the eetsac website is the same as the cwebcs.com that charged me.

 
This should be simple by this point, especially with the recent Target mess.

You cancel/replace your card after disputing the charges with your CC company/bank.  Be minus that card for a while and then go on with your day.

This has happened to me multiple times in the last few years (Monoprice.com, Target B&M, local supermarket chain and one other time for some site I forget), you just do the steps above and move on.

Wow, that's screwed up. Especially since no one seems to know where it's coming from or how. Since some have commented that they only use their card online for Amazon and don't shop at Target. Sounds like some payment processor somewhere has been hacked.

You'd think the news companies would be all over this after the Target screw up.
