$15 for 3 months?  I've never bothered to look at prices for the "Not a full year" cards before.. but that sure doesn't sound like much of a deal, even if it's a discount from normal.

A deal for those that use them I guess.

Even though this is $10 less than its absurd $25 MSRP, this is not a deal. 4*15=60. 60 is MSRP for a standard 12 month card.

Yeah, $5/month doesn't seem like much of a deal when the 12-month regular price is $59.99. There is actually an entire thread dedicated to Live deals here http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/216412-official-microsoft-points-and-xbox-live-subscriptions-deal-thread-read-rules-in-op/, which I mention only because there is currently a 13 month deal for 42.99 ($3.31/month) that I took advantage of.

I buy these all the time. The 3 + 1 month cards cost the same so I pay 45 bucks for a year!

These can be a deal to some who do not need live continuously. Lets say you skip a month of live because you don't use it. When my live runs out, I only put in a new code when I absolutely need it.

My buddy is a roofer. He only plays games in the winter. That's the kind of person these are good for.
