Go to http://www.amazon.co...d=1000811661#gc and follow the instructions to see if you have any promo credit applied to your account.

Well my son convinced me to grab Mutant Mudds and Doki Doki with my $25. Not bad for the cost of free.

I chatted on 2/5 about not receiving a credit but the rep assured me it was on the account (just that Amazon didn't have a way to reflect the balance).  Still nothing.  Because people were responding to this thread today, it remind me that today was the expiration date for that credit.  Just got off a chat with another agent who said he'd credit my account.  However, the "check your balance" option now looks like this:

Amazon Git Card - $0.00

Amazon MP3 - $20.00

Amazon Instant Video - $20.00

Kindle Editions - $20.00

Software/Video Games - $20.00

Anyone else experience this?

The generic amazon promo credit that csr's give out qualifies for any of the 4 categories, so I think it shows up under all of them.

Confusing as hell, I know.

Also, I'm pretty sure the generic Amazon credit the CSR's give out have an expiration date very far into the future unlike the special "digital only" trade-in extra promotional credit (so you don't need to worry about spending it right away).

If you buy the combined 3-month PS+ subscription + $10 PSN credit package, does it come as two separate codes or just a single one? Thanks!

Two codes; one for the $10 credit and one for the PS+ time.

I redeemed the code for the $25 credit Amazon sent to me in mid February. When I went to check my credit balance last week, it was gone. There was no expiration date in the email nor any warning it was timed use. Called amazon today to ask about it, and the rep could find no mention of the offer, and no redemption of the credit when I redeemed the code. I gave them the email date and code (lucky I saved it and didn't delete it), and they issued me a general $25 credit on my account to replace it.
