Topic, pretty much. Found one on craigslist that looks like new in pictures (see attached), with everything included (even the box and paper work). Should I go for it?

Be careful of Craigslist is all I would say.

Otherwise, $70 is a very sexy deal for a Nintendo 2DS.

$70 seem a good price.  Just for kicks, I checked local craiglist, this is over 70 miles from me so no way I am going to get it, but damn, $55

heh nope. even if that's new and $70 off msrp, it is not enough to get me to drive 70 miles/ waste an hour for it.

It's a scam! This sort of thing also happens here in NYC. They offer a pic, and then leave some random email address where they don't even finish it with a proper "DOT COM" or use the craigslist email.
