So after emailing Ubisoft about the fact I didn't get a tracking number or anything, I got an email today saying that it was shipped.

 

It apparenly came today in the mail via FedEx. I go to check the mail, not there (although my XBL 12 month Gold card with NFL stuff was there). So I call FedEx, they said it was shipped via SmartPost and given to the USPS to be mailed.

 

It was "delivered" at 4pm today yet I have nothing so I assume USPS fucked up.

 

If I don't get the game within a few days, I'm allowed to complain to Ubisoft right?

Nope, now it's you and USPS problem now, Had the same thing this year when i order some cellphone power battery kit, took 5 weeks to get ot me because they misplace it in their postoffice. I had to come them on the third week to see whats going on.

Why not? It's their fault for choosing shitty delivery methods like SmartPost. I should be entitled to a refund if I don't get the game within a certain number of weeks.

 

Plus, what if the person who received my game that was delivered to the wrong address decided to keep the game?

I don't know, my thoughts exactly too as the stupid shipper should hold responsible. when i call up nomoreracks, they told me to contact my mail carrier since they were the one who misplaced it. I had to call up the guy from USPS and he told me  that if  i don't' see it anytime soon, i would have to file a lost package claim and i'm assuming that's where you have to show a proof of purchase for the the item  value so they will credit you. Thats what i got out of that conversation from USPS but i still don't get it since i never bought insurance on the package. well I never got to that point since my package finally arrived a few days after. 

 

shitty service, well never order anything from newegg with  "shitty"  egg saver shipping, they use DHL and OMG i waited 5 week for my package. Yep that how crappy that service is. 2 days to fulfill and 4 and half week to ship it to me.  I used the regular shipping method and it is pretty fast but just the stupid eggsaver is dumb as hell.
