playstation 4 back in stock at bestbuy.com

I could buy one right now, but there is nothing really I want on it. I'm thinking I'll pick one up in the summer. I have a PS3 and a big pile of shame to keep me warm until then.

I bought a PS3 when MGS4 came out, may be I should wait for MGS5 Phantom Pain to come out to get a PS4. Ground Zeros I could play on the PS3.

I waited this long, so I'll continue to wait.  I'm hoping by next Christmas there will have been a number of things added to PS+ and the console itself will come packaged with a game or two.

Don't think I can hold out for a revision that has a larger HDD or other changes (flat back to the console?)

I bought one from them last year, it mainly sits unused... not enough for me to justify the prices I paid for my games (about $40 apiece)... Ive had my wiiU for over a year and may have 10 games total for it, most of them through cheap sales or in the case of the ESPN game.. free...

1% back with ebates, $10 saved with ibotta (if that's still working).. plus reward zone would be the way to go to save a few bucks. But I will wait for a redesigned model. Crashes, freezing, network breaches, corrupted saved data, and that fragile HDMI port.. :x sticking with my Wii u for now. Solid system and the big games are on the way throughout this year.

What are ebates?
its a free, secure site that tracks your purchases and gives you back a % of the final value. I've been using it for a couple years now and have had no problems. Google it. Totally legit. Works with tons of sites like BestBuy, NewEgg, gamestop, Kmart, target, Walmart, tru, groupon and just thousands of other places

Wow. Sounds great. Thanks for the heads up.

For another location ... go to Gamestop.com and it will show as non-bundled systems being out of stock  (bundled systems are currently available online).  You can click on the PS4 Pick Up At Store and it'll show where it's in stock in your area.  I think they just got a shipment in today (Friday) as several local stores have them.

Seconded.

I have been using ebates for a long long time and saved a lot of money. I used to be in this "exclusive" club called Shopper Discounts and Rewards, which gives higher CB rates than ebates but they shut themselves down.

Thirded. My fiancé uses this a LOT and has gotten so much cash back from it. It's definitely legit and worth it if you do a lot of online shopping.

Thanks, everyone. I'm about to sign up and see there is a link to add an email for a friend that referred you. If anyone wants to PM me their email address, I'll add it to my signup.

not best buy related, but their were at least 3 ps4s in stock at my local target when i was there yesterday.  supply tide seems to be shifting.

I've been considering getting one when they came back in stock at best buy,but since I already have a x1 the only thing I would play is KZ and AC4. It is still very tempting though.

There are plenty of PS4s in stock in upstate NY. Was at a few Targets between yesterday and today and all had 2+ PS4s. I would call around if you really want one this best buy is for a shipment for the 30th.

Pics like the one I took of the X1 launch console in stock?

One day?? Sounds like youre backlogged lmao
Yeah, and I just play League of Legends too much and if not then its something else on Steam/PC. Nothing really interests me on PS4 until Uncharted or Watch Dogs if I want it on

Sounds like he shouldn't have bought the fucking thing.
You are probably right. I can afford it but my spending habits are atrocious.

you should try bigcrumbs instead. Its the same concept, and offers moneyback at stores not available from ebates. I made the switch a couple of years ago, because theres no minimum to cash in and you get paid every month instead of every quarter. Ebates also got into the habit of cancelling many of my cashback for using coupons. As far as bestbuy, bigcrumbs has a higher percentage back, but if you have a discover card, its still the best bet, you get 5% back if you use the shopdiscover link from discover.com.

Maybe the drought is coming to an end then. Amazon and many other places are still sold but if they're stacking up in stores then it's only a matter of time.

This would be good then because it seems people on places like Craigslist never managed to make a killing off these systems like they planned but eventually people will start giving in if this drought doesnt end

I'm sure Sony would like this since consoles sticking around in inventory will make it easier for them to supply Japan during it's launch. I'm sure they plan on launch with at least a million consoles there.

Out of curiosity why is everyone hellbent on getting one of these? There's nothing to play on them yet

Because you could spend $400 today or $400 in 3-6 months... but one option gives you a lot more time to use the console.

Those waiting for sales or price drops are delusional.

We are getting bunch of games in 2014 and you will have to wait couple of years if you want a price drop. Unless you are going to wait 1-2years for the pricedrop, why buy ps3 version of multiplatform games when you can play better version on ps4.
