PS Vita starter kit $22.20 at local wal-mart

Wal-mart's website has this kit listed at $25.97, but it's out of stock. Luckily it's still available for store pick up. Upon going to pick it up, when the associate scanned the item, the price on it had dropped to $22.20! This is a good buy considering this kit retails for $39.99 & the cheapest amazon has had it for was $25.97.

My local Fred Meyer stores also have this for $25-30something (sorry, can't remember exactly), with an additional 30%. Also, 4GB Vita cards for $16.97 with an additional 30% off.
