TwoSmiles.com (HP-run printable gift card site) is having a Valentines special in their most recent email newsletter for 15% off gift cards from Feb. 11-20.  Presumably, this would be going to anyone who signed up for the newsletter previously.  Not valid on Amazon, Groupon, or Starbucks gift cards, but it is valid on Toys R Us and GameStop, both of which you can then use to buy other gift cards or PSN/Live/eShop credit or games or whatever, since it's just a regular gift card.

The code appears to be unique, so you'd have to have gotten the newsletter to redeem.  Just wanted to give a heads up to check to anyone who may have missed the email, though. :)

The BF deal was 20%, and that did go through for me after some trying.  It was pretty rough, though.  That was a publicly posted coupon code whereas this is individual codes, so it should go better/last longer, I think. :)

 
The code is one-time use, by the way, so that's another reason the codes should last a bit longer than BF.  You can get more than one gift card in the one-time use, though. :)
