Dell : TitanFall $60 (Free 2-Day Shipping) + $25 eGift Card

Thanks OP.  Cancelled my Amazon preorder and went with this.  I can wait a extra day or two and get a few more $$$ back.

I kind of want to jump on this. Titanfall looks awesome, but I don't know if I'm in a hurry to spend $60 on a 360 game at this point. The $25 softens the blow, but I'm not sure what I'll spend that on.. Will have to think about it. Thanks for the post OP

This is a good deal even if at a place like Dell. You could just use the $25 GC on a brand new game in the future. I'm really leaning towards this.

Just know that the egift card they give you expires in 90 days in most cases

Even still though I have ended up with some epic deals with dell gift card stuff before. Ended up spending $600 and getting a 52 inch samsung plasma everything after this point was free from gift card kickback pretty much:

32 inch samsung led, 4 copies of gta V for xbox 360, 2 copies of dishonored and 4 playstation network 12 month card

Dell e-gift cards are the worst. They expire really fast (some only last 30 days depending on promo) and the dell website is usually overpriced.

Right now they've got a 12 month XBL sub for $40. If I knew for sure they'd have it for that price after getting the Titanfall promo gift card, I'd hop on that deal. $75 for a year of XBL + Titanfall would be almost impossible to beat.

Yeah I cancelled my Best Buy pre-order for this... had a gift card laying around anyways... not a bad use of it...

TBH I'm reconsidering my Xbox One pre-order and thinking of just going PC... At least I can play that for free forever and the community will figure out a way to host servers long after Microsoft's dedicated servers go off-line

So Dell randomly cancelled my order without reason... now they are saying I need to produce proof that there was ever a ePromo $25 gift card on the order

Totally bogus... they are offering me 5% off the order at full price

Oh, this does not bode well. Guess I will keep my backup order active at BB.

Just checked my Dell pre-order and see no mention of the promo....

For anyone who needs it, perhaps referencing the forums on Slickdeals.net might help? Here is where it originated for most of us:

10 hours of arguing back and forth and I finally give up

One guy accused me of lying to get additional money off a "hot game"

Another said that "Please understand, that the new games can never be this so much cheap sir! You know!"

Yet another CSR said that it was my fault because if I wanted a guaranteed order I shouldn't have gotten it from Dell since they aren't a gaming company.

I guess that Michael Dell buyout of Dell has really sunk customer service to new lows

This type of thing ticks me off.

Here's a little help for you - and for anyone else who this might happen to.

As I am completely OCD about deals like this, I did a little screen-grab.

Attached. Good luck.

That sucks dude. I hope it works out. I wish there was another comparable offer so I can cancel my Dell order and go with a better retailer.

If you check your order confirm email it'll show the gift card. My order's still fine but I just registered a new Dell Pc so maybe they didn't wanna piss me off.

I had gotten a 50 dollar e gift card awithour any hassle from Dell when I ordered my S4 I a similar promo. I then used that on my purchase of GTA5 from Dell and got another $25 E Gift card without any issues. Then I used that on Dead Rising 3 without any issues. So Fwiw I've taken part in these offers twice and got my e gift card a few weeks after purchase on both occasions

Checked my email and there is no mention of the gift card. Might have to fight them on this later.. what a hassle.

So finally a manager called me back, apologized for the confusion, and offered me a $25 credit (in lieu of the gift card) to make up for the whole issue... But then they said Titanfall for Xbox One is out of stock (?) so I went ahead and placed an order for the PC version which I should get for
