I think it is because those are the only 2 stores showing stock for the Xbox One right now. Might need to wait for the other stores to restock before you claim the coupon.

Edit: I just checked a few more and it does appear the coupon is specific to those 2 stores.

Great price if you're interested in one, I love my Xbox One and regularly play it.

I know it's more expensive than the PS4 but I definitely prefer the games it currently offers, and feel it's worth the extra price, I know I've surprised myself given how often I use Kinect.
