how likely is a Bioshock Infinite "GOTY" / Complete edition? (now that Irrational is gone)

I'm not a big fan of digital downloads, so I'm debating whether to buy the Bioshock Infinite Season Pass for the 2 story DLC's now or wait for a physical GOTY / Complete edition.

But now that Irrational Games has shutdown, what are the chances of a physical GOTY edition? Or is this up to 2K / Take-Two (and therefore the studio closure doesn't matter)?

Seeing as 2K owns the rights to everything Bioshock. Id say high. Just wait. There'll be a GotY edition and you can just probably install the content then return the game and get a basic copy.
