How do u know if u qualify? I tried to check out but it didn't appear :(
 
I bought a PSP bundle with 3 games but they only sent me the system and 2 games. They did offer me a $15 refund but I had to ask a few times for a cash refund and not their groupon bucks. Overall OK experience with their physical goods but I wouldn't buy anything from them again unless it was a smokin deal.
 
My experience so far has been to allow 2 weeks for shipping but other than that reliable. Bought some Iron Man blu rays a couple weeks ago along with Blacklist and just purchased Captain America blu Ray from them last week and it is on its' way. 

If you're eligible for the 20% you'll have gotten an email. It takes it off instantly. I didn't realize it was good for Groupon Good as well as their other offers though.

 
Same here. Trying to buy the serious Sam collection, but nothing about an extra 20% off appears...

I can vouch for the "slow shipping" part. Ordered the LE Baseball PS3 DS 3 controller and it came a month later... So even though theres a cool coupon now, dont expect to get it until 2 - 4 weeks later.

 
Speaking of Starfox, I received mine two days ago. From all the shit I hear people talk about Groupon the game came within a week or so

 
If you got the 20% off email it will apply automatically when you go to the checkout (not the cart) screen. Works on good as well as other deals.
