This offer is from a site called Get Games Go, which I'm sure isn't as well known, but it's very legit as I have gotten Steam Keys from it with zero issues in the past. However, Watch Dogs will be Uplay (Ubisoft), so I'm sure that's not very popular either, though I don't know that a Steam version is confirmed yet?
