Saints Row 4 DLC (Steam) Region Locked?

Hi guys, just a quick question if anyone knows, is Saints Row 4 DLC (PC/Steam) region locked?

I wanted the Childs Play DLC, it was a 'limited time only' charity DLC pack and the Steam store no longer sells it, but Amazon US does (UK here).

...and the other DLC too, of course

Well, decided it was worth the risk to try myself.

Season Pass from Nuuvem - activated fine

Childs Play Pack from Amazon US - activated fine

so......base game only region locked?

In case anyone else has the same question in the future.
