Is there a ds wifi pokemon list affected by the server shutdown?

I have recently gathered up all the ds pokemon games so my son and I can go through and grab all the good ones and get caught up from the start.
Unfortunately as mmost of us have heard, Nintendo is dropping the servers for the ds games. This also will include the ability to acquire some of the pokemon that are only available through stuff like mystery gift.
Is there a list of the ones I need to make sure I capture before the servers go down? I honestly don't even know what terms to search for on the Internet to find the answer myself. After several days I've only come up with Darkrai as one that will be affected.
Any help is appreciated.

The Pokemon available from mystery gift were available on a limited time basis. To acquire them now you would probably need to trade with people who have the unobtainable Pokemon.
