I remember that night! Lol I had 2 Killzone Shadowfalls and 1 DS4 in my cart. I fell asleep debating whether or not to checkout...when I woke up Sunday morning, I couldn't add a dual shock 4 to my cart :/ haha
 
I was waiting for this game to hit $19.99 at minimum, but $24.99 is still good considering no tax and free shipping. Good deal for a mediocre game. In for one copy, thanks for posting OP.

 
I sold my unused, unopened copy for $35 recently.

Think I said on a few threads ago, this might be a PS Plus free game when Sony decides to make non-indy games as part of their free PS4 games rotation.

 
Never bought from newegg before. What does it mean when it says "premier"? I understand it's a subrciptiom based service, so my guess is that that price is only for those subscribed?

Nah, just think of it as Newegg's version of Amazon Prime; gets you faster shipping and bonus points or w/e...but the $24.99 price is available to everyone.

 
Can't believe people are actually bashing this.  It's a pretty awesome game.  Overwhelmingly, real people love it even though (most) critics bashed it for irrational reasons that would actually apply to nearly any game ever made :lol:

 
Is the game really that bad? The gameplay videos I've watched don't look that horrible...

If by "real" people you mean the folks on boards like CAG and gaf...consensus is pretty much in line with the critical reception. I've only played the demo so I can't speak on it. The 15 or so minutes I spent with it were boring, though. Seems like a decent game if you have really young kids.

It's the only game that I finished on PS4 so far. Currently going through it again to get the rest of the unlockables.
 
it's not a great game but I still enjoyed it. I think people thought it would be great because Mark Cerny was working on it.  They had very high expectations that it didn't meet and so the press jumped all over it. I wouldn't pay full price for it but for $25 its fun enough.

 
Damn, I would of jumped on this . Been waiting for a decent price cut, but got madden 25 for $29.99 a few days ago . Ive should of waited.
 
Knack isn't as bad as people make it out to be. On hard mode it actually provides an enjoyable challenge. I didn't have many complaints by the time I finished it.

 
Damn if only i havent bought 3 knacks in bestbuy before to take advantage of the trade deals at gamestop, i would grab another from bestbuy. via pricematch. Guess ill try and price match this at target or frys.

price match it at best buy in store but just don't use your reward card or anything that might tie it to your account

If by enjoyable challenge, you mean having to restart 10-15+ minutes behind where you died in a level because of the horrible checkpoints and you got 1 shotted by an eneny because of the crappy dash/dodge?

If your playing it just to play it then yeah its a decent game, the story reminds you of a dreamworks movie or something. But if your planning on Platinuming it, stay far away. Even games that were meant to be hard (Like Ninja Gaiden or Metal Gear Rising), felt way easier to me than this game.

 
I decided to have Best Buy pmby phone earlier today. Like others have mentioned, I'm sure this willbe free on PS+ sooner rather than later, but I've heard good things and I wouldn't mind having a physical copy. My buddy has played about 75% of it and told me to jump on this price. It looks like a classic PS2 era platformer which I love.
