The mobile version of the site displays fine, however if I switch to the full version of the site it's a mess. It also does the same thing in the Android CAG app. I don't like the mobile version of the site because you can't zoom. A side note, the full version of the site displays fine on the iOS version of Chrome.

Strange, on my nexus 7 it just displays everything in underlined hyperlinks and in a single column. Might be on my end, I'll have to look into it.
