Possibly a glitch but it's free to everyone gold member or not.

He is saying you can get it even if you dont have gold. So that would be a glitch.

Hrmm. I must be late to the party.  It's showing $19.99 for me both console and browser.  I have just less than $20 on file so it's just giving option to "add payment option".  Thanks for the tip though.  Maybe I'm missing something...
