Wasn't Velocity Ultra supposed to be free for PSN+ in April?

I just assumed they released the 'april games' at the begging of 'april', didn't know they drew it out. Why announce them all at once, but then slowly release them...

because they keep them there for different time lengths, not all the games from april will go out first of may, basically means that you have more games on plus than the current months offerings.

Because nobody liked having them all drop at once with nothing else the rest of the month. They announce them all at once for maximum hype/news coverage.
