Pokemon white 2 for 17.45 at Target

Was at Target from SC and they had pokemon white 2 for 17.45 its YMMV i cheked at another target and they had it too but the ones i Florida donth have it i asked a ftiend

Your friend in Florida may need to scan them. Homestead location has them for 17.49 and bird road location has them for 24.98, both in South Florida. Also white 1 is on clearance for same prices, I grabbed the last one in homestead and didn't see any on bird road.
 
Make sure to scan the copies. My local store had one copy left with a clearance price of $24.48 but it rang up as $10.48.

 
As far as Charleston area in S.C. Rivers Ave rang up at $24.48 and so did Summerville. Did not check out West Ashley.
