They are a mix over the past 2 years. Very few are npb because now all my auctions are bin. The rest are a mix of cc charge backs, scammers, and buyers who lied and abused return policy. I can not be specific on which user did what, as when this happens, I just add them to the blocked list.

Sold him a game soundtrack, he told me it wasn't complete even though it was the official soundtrack and was sealed. Sent me a bunch of rude messages and claimed it wasn't real because he "knew for a fact" how many songs were on it, so I sent him proof that it was the official soundtrack. He wanted a refund for it and opened a dispute because he's too stupid to read, gave me negative feedback after I agreed. I tried to refund him, but he screwed up his Paypal information by overcharging himself or something. He blamed me again, saying nothing was wrong with it, and I was able to send him a refund just today. Terrible to deal with.

 

EDIT: Told him he blamed me unnecessarily and he's a bad buyer and not to buy from me again, and he sent a "fuck you ass hole i wanna meet you face to face somewhere" message. Told me he was going to leave another negative feedback. Good luck, buddy, you can't buy again.

He claimed a battery cover was missing from a Xbox 360 force feedback wheel, and wanted to return for a full refund or a $50 partial refund and have me pay for the return shipping. I offered up to a $20 partial refund, even though I told him I knew the cover was in the box. If you do a quick search you'll see that many people have had problems with KGLogitech. He even claimed to be a collector to reason a return for the minor missing part, when he has 20k+ feedback from just buying.

Sleazebag buyer bought a DLC from me and claimed it was already used which I never used myself since I never even opened the damn game.  Of course, when I check the xbox website, the code was used so the guy helped himself to my code and opened a case.  He knows what he's doing since I googled his address and it went to some random storage facility.
