May I exchange a product I buy on Groupon Goods?


You can return most products within 14 days of receiving them, but we unfortunately can't accommodate exchanges at this time. Keep in mind that some items are not returnable. To begin the process, head over to My Groupons and find the item in your account. Then click the blue link labeled "Return" under the "Track Order" button.

How do I track my Groupon Goods shipment?


You can check the status of your shipment by clicking “Track Order” in the My Groupons section of your account.
If no tracking number is available yet, don’t worry—your item should still arrive within the delivery time frame listed in the deal's Fine Print. We may not have received the tracking information from the merchant yet.

How do I return a Groupon Goods item?


You can return a Goods item for a refund within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print of the deal. We can't offer exchanges at this time.
The following are never returnable: books, beauty products (excluding electronics), undergarments, perishable items, any items marked "final sale," and items that have been worn. More info about defective items.
Simple steps for an easy return (If your product was delivered to Canada, the return process is different. Please contact us with the date you received the product and the reason for your return.)
1. If your item is eligible for return, head to My Groupons, find the item in your account, and click the blue link labeled "Return" under the "Track Order" button. Then follow the steps for printing your mailing label.
2. Cut out the SmartLabel above along the line and secure it to your package using clear tape. You must have one SmartLabel for each package you return.
3. Drop your return package in any U.S. Mail location – at home or work, in a mailbox or at a Post Office without waiting in line.

We do our best to be speedy with these refunds, but please allow up to 30 days from the date you returned the product. You can check the progress of your return by clicking on “Processing Return” on your My Groupons page.

groupon has some ok deals sometimes but they have the worst customer service. I have had many orders take 1-2 months to arrive, by the time I got them the price wasn't even that great anymore.

Shipping is free if you spend $25+

Takes 1-3 weeks to deliver. Personal average is 10 days.

They use DHL shipping service and tracking numbers rarely work for me.

I have never had any problems with Groupon but there are many bad reviews floating around the net.

Just depends in the seller really. I ordered a otterbox on Saturday for my phone and it'll be here today. Take that for what it's worth I guess.

Thinking about the Wii U one. But your comments in re: shipping make me uneasy. Also tax and shipping kill the official Nintendo offer.

I didn't get on the eBay deal because of issues with eBay in general and I could get that pack in game with MK8.

I bit on this one because I had a $10 off coupon as well. It arrived pretty quickly, but it says on the packaging that is only for sale or rental in Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Somebody imported a bunch of overstock! I'm sure it will work fine.
 
does anyone know if you can use a groupon egift card for groupon goods?  I'm debating converting some discover CB to a groupon egift card and then using on the wii u deal.  The fine print is a little strange to me and does not call out groupon goods (just applicable on groupons).

Wow, and 6% cashback from referral sites almost negates New York's 8% tax. Really tempted to pick this one up now I'd basically be paying like $185 total for it. With GCU, it would be around $220 for a Wii U, Nintendo Land, Mario Kart 8 + Zelda/Pikmin 3/etc.

Far as I know groupon gift cards are good for anything on groupon.

Really tempted by this Wii U deal... Groupon Goods do take a little while to ship but I've never had any other issue with them besides time.

 
I had $170 Target Credit from triple videogame trade in deals and I just bought $175 groupon giftcard with target credit and ordered the Wii U.  It only cost me about $20 after using Target Credit.  Anyone order Wii U from Groupon before?  How long does it usually take to receive the console?

$100 for a Nintendo refurb 3DS is pretty tempting, but my gf's birthday was last month, and Christmas isn't for another seven months. I think i can hold out for a new one on Black Friday.

I'd be all over that copy of Worms Collection, if i hadn't just bought it for PS3 a few months ago.

Really wanted to get my niece her first game system for her 6th bday, would think $70 DSi refurb with Pokemon would be a good place for her to start but my nephew (3 1/2) just got diagnosed with epilepsy and I'm kinda frightened to put him at risk since he'll no doubt be asking to play with her game system a lot. Maybe that's a stupid concern I don't know.

Debating since I heard from others the older ones felt better but I trust CAG Opinions.

It's all plastic and feels a bit cheap. BUT it's light and super comfortable. The older Pulse Elites had better for and finish, but they had a design defect that caused the headband to crack after extended use. They were also too heavy and pulled a bit when being worn. The Golds have a super cushy headband. That plus the light plastic construction make them great for longer sessions that would have been uncomfortable with the Elites.

Highly recommended. They'll be $70 at Best Buy next week, which may be better than Groupon. Depends on whet credit card and promos you're using.
