System is down at Target Diamond Bar location, but the rep there was really cool. Locked my values, gave me receipt and told me to come back when it's back up. Managed to find a couple of the vita games for the B1G1 and let me trade those in at the same visit. Man I promised myself yesterday was the last visit!

I might be a bit late in mentioning this, but if anyone else was like me and bought the CE of Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON'T KNOW! from Amazon for a little over $13, the game trades in to Amazon for roughly $9.60 after tripling, making the BMO steelbook cost $3-$4.
Way to be too late mentioning that for me to take advantage of it.

Been walking around and he's gone. Said he would be here until 8.
He's probably at "lunch". Usually the employee working in Electronics will know that and can contact him at least to see if/when he's coming back.
Why not look on online for the quote
I think he only got a 7-day quote for 3 games (that he can take back when the system is working) and the guy wouldn't do it for all of them.
This is why I never tried getting games just to trade in. Last Sunday I couldn't even trade the 6 I brought from home. Had I bought 9 or 12 from Best Buy/Gamestop, whatever, it would have taken way more time and effort to trade them in than it would have been worth in the end.

Stopped by another Target that was nearby, it was next to Jamba Juice and it was hot as hell plus wooo b1g1 free, and the guy was nice enough to price quote me on all the games since there really wasn't anyone for actual mobile questions.
Quoted $349.38 for twelve games so not bad. I just hope the system is up on Sunday so I can trade them in before I leave for my trip X_X

System still down in Nashville. Got a good rep though. I left my last three boomerangs in the car (still sealed). He asked what I had to trade and built me a quote without even seeing the games. Told me to bring it back with the games anytime within 7 days to get my card.
He was pretty on top of his game, so I asked about the rumors that it might get extended for another week. He said that the only thing he had heard discussed on their managers conference call was extending quotes a week. Meaning that the promo will end tonight at 8 unless you already have a quote in hand, then you can bring it back within 7 days and get your card.
Take that with a grain of salt obviously, but I figured I'd share.

Can someone explain how to print a quote in a way that I can relay to them? They keep telling me "it's not possible if the giftcard won't scan"
The quote is the paperwork you sign before they scan the gift card. All you do is keep that and bring it back within a week. It has an order number that they use to look up the trade and issue the gift card when you return.

Any chance we could use our old quote papers to get another GC if we bring back the exact same games ? I have like 7 different papers and I could easily go buy the same games and bring them in with the paperwork. Do you guys think that would work ? Cause as far as I can tell there's no way for them to tell if they're old papers or new

Haha the same thought immediately crossed my mind. Like I said, they will verify the "Order Number" in the system when you return to get your giftcard. I would assume that when they look up your old Order Numbers they will see that gift cards were issued in those transactions.

Maybe if you got separate quotes (from separate stores). Otherwise I'm guessing the computer will spit out an error when the same quote gets scanned twice.

Just got back from trading in 6 games for a total of about $130. Since I was with my sister, they let me trade in so it was 3 per person. Systems were still down, but said come back tomorrow with the receipt and get the gift card then.
