Post all the silly prices and other stuff you've seen at WalMart.  I've been meaning to do this for a while, but never got around to it.

Here's some of the stuff I've seen over the past year or so:

PS2 NBA Shootout 03 + Price

PS2 NFL Gameday 2003 + Price

360 Guitar Hero 2 Pack + Price + Stack

PS2 NFL Gameday 2001 (verified price at register, no self scanners sadly)

GBA ET! (price verified at register)

They gave this to me last week, at a store that moved to a brand new building in the past two to three years.

Sadly I didn't take a picture of the chicken bone I saw in the aisle at the one wally world.

Not gold, but I also found an actual silver dime laying on the floor at one recently.

*See's Title of the Thread*

Thinks, "Oh, are we going to make fun of Wal Mart's still valid prices for those old games no one is ever going to buy?"

Checks it and it actually turns out to be true.

I ocassionally see ridiculous prices, but more often than not I've been pleasantly surprised with Wal-Mart clearance bins. I got a stack of Xbox and Gamecube games for a penny each back in January, along with some psuedorare PS2 titles for $10 each.

Hey Wal-Mart.

I've never had much luck with Walmart and video game prices but have gotten fortunate on shirts and housewares before like bedding and kitchen items.

A $75 George Foreman on clearance for $15.

I posted this a few months ago in the Walmart trade thread and it's the only picture I have for now. Next time I go to my local Walmart, I'll get some pictures of other the games/prices.

They were charging over MSRP ($49.99) for NBA Live 2002 for XBox and it was in the store until sometime last year, it may still be there in a giant bin they put all the "value" games in. It scanned for $51.96 also.

If that iPad 2 picture is from this week, it's probably because they were reduced to $199.99 and there is a thread on SD that got a lot of replies and many people were looking for them.

I've seen plenty of the $50+ XBX/PS2 Sports games & even some $40 PS1 Madden games in the past.  Most recently the Walmart in Hudson, FL put out their pre-order cards for the day one editions of Dead Rising 3, Forza 5 & Ryse. All 3 say "Coming November 2013" and have $5 price stickers on the displays.

Havent tried buying them to see what happens.

This is how my Walmart keeps their games.  I never go there.

This thread is great. Can't wait to see more great "sales." Once in a blue moon, Wal-Mart has a decent game sale... but generally they're bad.

They should still ring up. And the codes for $5 in vudu credit should still work, along with the $5 gift card.

I quickly looked through the game area at my local store. I didn't want to start taking pictures with a worker right there so I'll have to try again next time and only got 1 picture. Here is another example of how bad my local Walmart is. A Skylanders Portal Owners Pack on clearance for full price. It was $10 - $15 at Target and just over $15 on Amazon.

That's pretty crazy. It was around this time last year that Walmart online clearanced out the Wii Portal Owners Pack for Giants for around $4. I used in-store pickup and grabbed 4 from my local store. I sold just the games for $25 each. I still have all the Tree Rex figures around somewhere.

Laugh all you want but there are people out there who lack access to broadband internet. Therefore it's actually pretty smart for Walmart to still carry dial up modems even in the year of 2014.

This guy could use one of those sweet modems for his gaming setup.

A guide on clearance for $0.03 off MSRP and DJ Hero PS3 for $49.96. Even if it was the bundle it would be overpriced.

Along with spotting some $53 Enemy Territory Quake Wars, I spotted these:

Currently $7 shipped online.  Great "everyday low prices" Walmart.

Honey, let's buy a GPS while we're here because I think we must have taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque!

NCAA Football 12 PS3 and Steel Diver 3DS on clearance for $29.96. Personal Trainer Walking DS for $49.96. Other stores can't even get rid of Steel Diver for $3 - $5.

Every WM I've been to lately has made huge tables for "clearance extravaganzas" yet all the items (including strategy guides that are 4+ years old) are only 2-3 cents off of the SRP.

Yeah, I saw Fortune Street red-tagged for $49.88 today, and Skylanders Giants Starter Pack for Wii at the same price.

So I went to Wal Mart today and I saw that they put up their "Pre-Owned Section". But guess what it was. It was just the stock of overpriced PS2 games they never sold and the other stuff that haven't been sold.

When the Blockbuster in my old town went out of business, they were selling those placeholders for a nickel a piece. I bought $1 worth of a bunch of 360 games I owned, mainly for the one Left 4 Dead 2 they had. I was gonna buy just it, but got the others because they had a ton and a sign above that said "Great for Target Practice!" The cashier offered me a bulk deal on all of them, but I passed.

Also, I remember a few years back I wanna say Christmas 08 or 09, they had a littl display set out of N64 games for $40. All were sports, except Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3. My sister picked it up for me for my Christmas gift, lol.
