C&C Collection and DAO: Ultimate are also Origin, just so you know.

I wouldnt buy anything from this... i bought skyrim last night digital distribution from this sale... they took my money and CANCELLED the order. I'm on the phone now trying to get my credit back.

Not to mention they cited the reason that the MANUFACTURER had "no codes left" to distribute to people buying a digital copy... LMAO!

Pathetic scumbags.

Does anyone know if War for Cybertron in this sale is a Steam code?  There's no notice saying such and I would rather not purchase a standalone PC game.

I thought Gamestop was going to get their act together by dropping the requirement for the Impulse app, but they completely neglect listing the DRM methods for each game. How can the world's largest game retailer make such a stupid mistake?

Granted, I'd never assume anything with Gamestop...but they do have Steam listed for some games. The TMNT: Out of the Shadows game lists this under its requirements:

Connectivity - Requires the Steam client to install and play
So, based on that, I guess I would treat it like Gamefly and if it doesn't specifically say Steam, then don't expect a key.

Its not their fault they need more generated codes. Do you think they just magically pull an unlimited amount of steam codes out of their ass for all the thousands of games on steam and the thousands of codes registered each day and sold at thousands of retail stores for both physical and digital? You do realize codes have to be reissued to other games after they have been used and authenticated before reissued right?

Gamestop is given X amount of codes to issue and if they run out they have to be issued more. I dont see how you can not understand this simple concept.

If they know they have a certain amount of codes they should limit the number of sales to the number of codes right?

Then they wouldn't be taking people's money and not giving products in return.

P.S. You're a tosspot

Although not as good, but it seems like GS is trying to step up their digital distribution game and are trying to compete with Steam.

Hopefully, at this rate, we'll get free games soon.
