I just bought a brand new copy from Gamestop a couple days ago. The vouchers inside have "Valid 8/21/2012 - 3/31/2016" printed on them.

If you have GCU, the price is $14.39 plus tax. The game is on clearance per the BBY website.

It's really doubtful. Bundled PS3 codes typically have expiration dates.
