Forza 5 goty edition

I keep seeing info about a official announcement and a date of July 22, but no stores have them available for pre order. None of the gamestop, Walmart , or best buy people have a clue what I'm talking about when I ask if I can put some money down to reserve it. It doesn't show up on amazon either ?
Wonder if I should just go order the collectors edition or keep waiting hoping that it actually shows up ?

If I recall correctly, Forza 5 GOTY is only containing one DLC pack.

Not really the "GOTY" Games that were use to.

So it's not that much of a great deal.

I think I am a bit confused now, so the only difference in the goty  and the limted collectors edition is the top gear pack ?

Since I don't have the game, I do not know what all the dlc is free/or paid other than what people post online.

I did hear something about a free Nürburgring track. Is it just the north loop/Nordschleife or the whole course ?

Edit: I do plan on getting the game soon, just trying to get the most bang for my buck.
