Transferring preloaded game...

Is it possible to transfer a preloaded game to a new memory card? If so how is this done? I'm sorry I tried google but received nothing relevant.

Yes, just use Content Manager for Windows to back up the old memory card (Vita attached to PC using its USB cable), then restore that backup to the new memory card. I did this recently to transfer over 80 games from my 32gb card to my 64gb one.
