Welcome to TooPoor's "The Rent is Too Damn High (TRiTDH)" lowball! I will be soon moving up north where rent is $2800/month for a freaking two bedroom, this lowball is to alleviate my moving stress. I want to start off small to test the waters, if this goes well I will perhaps have more lowballs after I finish moving.
I am typically busy with work during the day, but I will try to at least update in the morning, and more frequently after I get home from work. Thank you for understanding. Also, I would like to get rid of this stuff as soon as possible before I move (and give back to the CAG community at the same time), hence I hope the buyers will be able to pay as soon as invoice is issued. In this regard I am excluding zero feedback buyers in this lowball.
