Yeah if you have last gen headsets this is the fix works with my px5s

Personally, I use the adapter that came with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. Plug my normal xbox talkback cable into the 2.5 to 3.5 adapter and my PX5 works just fine. 

If i were going to buy a talkback cable though, I'd get the $16 Turtle Beach one that comes with a mute and volume controls.
