Titanfall - Xbox One - Best Buy - $34.99 ($27.99 w/GCU)

Personally think the $25 digital is a better deal. Storage size will be the same and it's a lot more convenient. Trade in wise you aren't going to get much for this game anymore, not with all these sales.

If you haven't played the game yet I would play it first then decide to buy it. I bought the Season Pass before the game came out but it got boring too fast and haven't played much of the DLC.

If you've played the game and like it the DLC maps just add more to the experience. I liked the two from the first content drop.

You can always sell this shit when you're done w/ it, you're stuck w/ the digital one. The only way you can justify digital is you hoarded the GS $5 XBL codes.

Give me a fuckn' break w/ the convenience argument as well, waaaaaaaaa, "I have to get off my fat ass and bend over at the back to insert the dics waaaaaa."

 
Well I was going to take mine in tomorrow and get an XBL card to get the digital version. I assume that $24 TiV won't hold heh
 
I bought this from best buy on the 2nd for $40 with GCU, if I take receipt will they refund the difference? Do I need to bring disc?

15 day period to get a price adjustment if your a regular MyBestBuy member (30day and 45day periods if your an upgraded member by spending over a certain amount).

I just bring the receipt and haven't had any problems. Sometimes you have to explain that you have GCU and you automatically get 20% off new games. Make sure they calculate the new price with GCU added.

Ok, thanks. I'll go by tomorrow to price adjust. Might just use the $15 or so difference on something else in store, dunno.

It's just more maps. I bought the season pass when the game launched and have both map packs. When it comes to shooters I feel it really comes down to either loving the original maps or loving the DLC. I've always been more of a fan of the original maps but that's just me. I think it has a lot to do with becoming more accustomed to playing on the original maps rather than learning how the never maps work and flow.

From a vision standpoint the new maps look pretty cool and fit in with the overall theme of the game. My opinion is you can have just as much fun on the original maps in comparison to the DLC. If you are bored of the original maps then I would buy the newer maps. If you still have fun on the original maps and don't think it really matters then you can save some money. It also sucks waiting for them to put the DLC maps into the regular rotation.

 
thanks for the replies, i have the game i dont hate it but i dont love it either, i managed to snag a free digital copy a while back and just wasnt sure if there was any one  DLC better than another DLC

Really? Why do you even care? If you like getting off your fat ass to change games then go for it. I don't like getting off my fat ass to change games if a situation presents itself to get a digital version really cheap. Opinions are different dude, wake up.

Enjoy that several years down the line when servers or XBL goes down and you can no longer play your digital only games =P Thats the main reason i stick with disk only games.

Or I won't. I like digital games. You spend your money how you want to, I'll spend mine how I want to. I'm sure in 15 fucking years, I'm not gonna be like "Damn... I can't play Titanfall MP! I shall fall on my sword!"
