Grand Theft Auto 5 $14.98 + Tax Sam's Club YMMV B&M

very ymmv, someone posted this on the weekend and the three sams club I visited this weekend all had the game at $29.99 (took cards to front and cashier scanned).  I think its only $15 in areas where Walmart ordered way, way, way too many copies.

unfortunately no way to check online what the price is in store, have to call or go

Off topic, gamestop is 4 trade ins per exact title / system combination or 4 per game regardless of platform.

Walmart has a new trade bonus? You could buy at sams club trade to walmart then use GC at sams for more. Or are you talking about trade in towards a specific game?

Was going on at my closest Sam's Club.  Got one PS3 and one 360.  Traded in the PS3 to Walmart to recoup the credit and holding on to the 360 copy to tide me over until the :XB1: version hits.

 
I called my local Sam's Club and gave the PS3/360 item numbers to do a price check, but the employee said (after checking them) they're "canceled items" and don't carry them anymore? Is that possible?

 
My local sam's club had 9 copies, me and my roommate bought them all with no problem. thanks for post great deal. This plus the gamestop coupon for 5$ off means i get a year of PS+ for $15

I went back and grabbed two more, all they have left at mine are PS3 - 8 after my last trip according to their inventory count. This is in Greensburg, PA.

 
Walmart gives you $42 and change with destiny preorder, which u really don't have to preorder. Just get the card and tell then to type in the first 11 digits, the promo pops out before they scan your trades and it automatically gives u the 50% more bonus.

Some employees will make you buy it there before handing over the paper with the e-cert. Fortunately, the reserve card is nothing more than a $5 gift card, so you can cash that out right away if you can convince a cashier. Or you can convert it to an e-giftcard online.

 
Damn trade bonus ends today doesn't look like I will make it to walmart. Going by tomorrow to check price and stock at my local sams. I wouldn't mind a $20 bonus towards my PS4 at GS.
 
I checked my local Sam's and was surprised to see they had 2 cards for the PS3 version. I grabbed them both up and went to cash out. The 2 girls working spent like 10 minutes looking for them and couldn't find any. It was such a tease. Why did they have the cards even out on the floor?

 
That happens all the time at my local Sam's Club. Cards are always out for games they don't have. It's annoying to wait in line to buy the game, wait for someone to get a key to get the game out of the cage and then be told they don't have it and then you have to wait at customer service to get a refund.
 
Lol I forget if Sams club has price scanners. Other than the self-checkout lanes I don't remember. Kind of shy to do that as my Sams is usually packed no matter what day -.-
 
I just got the guy at the call phone kiosk to check the price for me. I just found our the at no Walmarts in my city do trade ins soi won't make money with this but I should still get Destiny paid for.
 
When I was paying the cashier read on her monitor that it said item canceled(GTAV), prob means discontinued or something like that. Guess the clearing them out for a game of the year crap. Lol so maybe soon it will be all sams stores. Well just a heads up, laters.
 
So this morning I went to sams just to check out gta. Have them scan a card and the guy tells me 29.xx. End up going back to pick some stuff up for work. Notice all the copies of gta in the cage are now gone. Go to electronics and grab a card. Have it scanned again. $14.xx. So whoever took every copy from the columbia mo sams, fuck you. There were at least 10 this morning.

it is 2 copies per customer per tranaction if you are talkin about the walmart trade in. me and my roommate were there for about 2 hours
