As I've noted in another thread, the Call of Duty thing isn't an armor, it is a shader, which merely changes the color of your armor.

How long does it take to get the COD preorder code from gamestop? I don't really want the game, I just want the DLC.

 
I ordered my copy abotu 2 days ago stillno destiny code.  They'll probably show up on monday or tuesday im gussing

And is this the same thing as the destiny collector cardsZ?  cause i already redeemed a BUNCH of those back way when.

AFAIK, instant on receipt in store, a few days online. As noted in the other thread: careful with online preorders, might be a hassle to cancel. Do it in store if possible.

edit: The codes say USE NOW in the code portal now! Grimoire cards from the codes and an emblem obviously. Not sure what hitting USE NOW will do, since all our characters are wiped...

edit2: Just click USE NOW, will unlock for all your characters on your profile! Grimoire cards give basic boosts so should help your character early on.

It doesn't actually give you anything in game. They unlock Grimoire entries on your profile, you can read up on backstory and whatnot from them. Some of it is interesting stuff.

Yeah, just tried it on the playstation store website and the PS4 store. Says invalid. Not correct format/incorrect amount of characters for bungie.net.

Has anyone been successful redeeming it yet?

It might say invalid because it hasn't been added to the store yet. Try adding it again when the game's out and it should work. That happens to me all the time with dlc codes.

 
I got my Xb1 one after about 3 days or preordering and reddemed it on console.  The Shader Tab is right in the Destiny Beta I haven't deleted yet.  I still say they will give u some stuff for not deleting it :p
