To be honest, this is a hard trade to do, because even if it was here i'm sure the CAG would want to charge more to cover the fees. honestly if you were in a rush Id try play-asia,  I believe the amount is 56.99 which is probably your most reliable bet, or if its not a complete rush you could buy it through bestbuy and just send it to somebody you know so they can give you the code if that's an option

Not necessarily true. Someone could be looking to flip some credit into Paypal cash.
