How does this affect you? Did you pay full price? (If so, YDI)
I buy games at launch all the times, but I've never paid full price. In fact, most times I don't even use cash. I simply recycle trade in credit. Plus with GCU over at Best Buy & Target's promotions, there was no reason to pay full price

I paid $46 after tax for destiny at target last night and $26 out of pocket with the credit in had from getting the 20% off coupon. There's no reason anyone should have paid full price unless they were willing to
 
Ebay and craigslist will be flooded with used in 2 weeks if you want to get it for $30-40. The overall reception of this game has been luke warm.
