my definition of mint means no scratches and looks brand new. The disc is in great shape, some dust but that can be wiped off. The case is the thing. The plastic has some wear and dings in it.

Can be wiped off? Why wouldn't you just do that yourself? I'll offer $15 shipped.
 
Jeez whats with 20 questions. He was gonna take in a few games and trade them to gamestop. I told him that i stopped doing that and trade/sell online and i told him i would either trade or sell them for him since i am a well established trader.
