using a 360 fightstick on ps3 or ps4?

I have a 360 arcade fightstick and I want to use it on my ps3 and possibly ps4. I have no idea how to mod the controller. But I have heard about cronusmax and titan one. Anyone know which is better or if there's a better way to play using my fightstick?

Get that stick fkn dual modded! Converters will just create more input lag and fuck everything up :D

Ok thanks for the info. I need to look up dual modding stuff. I kinda wanted to do the lazy approach and get the converter but I forgot about the input lag.
