Yes sir.  The Destiny copies are in case, although I've updated the post to reflect that one has been sold.

Extending my sale through Saturday morning! After that I'll just toss it all on ebay for a loss I need to clear these out!

Because that's how I received them.  Look at ebay, like 50% of the games don't have cases. I frequently have sealed games too.  It's just a matter of what deal I come across.
