I've mostly followed the steps in this guy's guide. It's the section titled "VPN/Proxy and buying from Russian Steam Store"

I got to the choosing payment method part. Surprisingly, my visa credit card worked. I put in the exact details of my credit card except instead of listing USA as my country, I chose Russian Federation. But before I buy the game, I want to know if anyone has done this before? And has anything bad happened to them after they did it? I know I could use a Russian trader, but I could never find one that offers a reasonable commission, and this is CheapAssGamer after all. Thanks.

I have never done this, mostly because I have not had a reason to. There are many CAGS in the Steam Trading forum that can get you games at those Russian Prices. I just got Alien Isolation last night for 25.00 check the forum before you chance your steam account getting banned.
