Is Lords Of The Fallen Limited Edition Available Everywhere?

So I was out today, and heard mention that if you Pre-order from Gamestop you get upgraded to the "Limited Edition"

My question is, is this a true limited edition, or we talking about EA Limited Editions where the first few million games have a pack in code with additional content?

Also, is this Limited Edition from all retailers, or just Gamestop?
I see no talk about this from other retailers

Amazon and some other stores also have it for $59.99 so I say EA LEs.
